Video Quality Depending on the amount of movement contained in the conference
video, select either:
• Motion – for a higher frame rate without increased resolution
• Sharpness – for higher video resolution and requires more
system resources
Note: When Sharpness is selected as the Video Quality setting in the
conference Profile, the RMX will send 4CIF (H.263) at 15fps instead
of CIF (H.264) at 30fps. For more information, see "Video
Resolutions in AVC-based CP Conferencing”
on page 3-1.
Video Clarity™ When enabled (default), Video Clarity applies video enhancing
algorithms to incoming video streams of resolutions up to and
including SD. Clearer images with sharper edges and higher contrast
are sent back to all endpoints at the highest possible resolution
supported by each endpoint.
All layouts, including 1x1, are supported.
Video Clarity can only be enabled for Continuous Presence
conferences in MPM+ and MPMx Card Configuration Mode.
