this command. Use INSTrument:SELect to set the
mode.

ARIB - is a standard format defined by the Association of Radio
Industries and Business in Japan
TGPP - is a standard format defined by the Third Generation
Partnership Projects (3GPP)
TRIal - is a 1998 trial format being evaluated
