This is a 10-digit number starting with 1 that identifies the switch to
an Operations Support System (OSS), for example, INADS.
First OSS
Telephone
Number
The first telephone number that the switch uses to report alarms to,
for example, INADS or Trouble Tracker. The number must be
obtained from the National Customer Support Center (NCSC) or
the TSC.
