print
This command executes immediately (if resources
are available) and sends output both to the screen
and to a printer connected to the terminal where the
command was entered. This option is available for
display
,
list
and
status
commands.
schedule
A scheduling form is displayed which allows you to
specify a start time for the command. The command
is placed in the queue and, when executed, sends
the output to the system printer. The
schedule
option is available for
display
,
list
and
test
commands. When used with
display alarms
or
errors
, a full report is generated. The usual selection
form for error and alarm reports is suppressed so
that it will not interfere with the command’s execution
when it is issued from the queue.
You can see what commands are currently queued
with the
list command-queue
command. A queued
command can be canceled with
remove
command-queue
job#. This option requires that the
system printer be administered on page 4 of the
Feature-Related System Parameters form.
