You cannot delete your Text Messages or Outlook e-mail
accounts.
EDIT PREDEFINED TEXT
You can edit the predefined text included with the phone to create
words or phrases that you frequently use in messages.

In the Home screen, press the left soft key <
[Start], select Messaging and press
O [OK].

Select an account.

Press New and scroll to the body of the
message.

Press [Menu] then select “My Text”.

Press [Menu] then select “Edit My Text”.

Select the text to edit.

Edit the text and press [Done].

DELETE A MESSAGE
Messages from any account can be deleted. Select the Messaging
function from the Home screen.

In the Home screen, press the left soft key <
[Start], select Messaging and press
O [OK].

Select an account.

Select the message to delete.

Press [Menu] Delete.
Messages deleted from the Outlook E-mail account will be
deleted from Outlook on your PC or Exchange Server the next
time you synchronize.
DELETE AN ACCOUNT
You can delete accounts you have previously set up in the Messaging
function.
