Videoconference Operation
You will find that the process for MAKING CALLS, MANUAL DIALING, DIRECTORY SETUP, DIRECTORY
DIALING, DUOVIDEO

, AND MULTIPOINT are similar between the 3000i touch screen and the 12”touch
panel control interface. Please refer to the appropriate section in this manual for detailed
information.
When the Director receives/initiates a video/audio call.
When an incoming call connects the user will be automatically taken to
the Videoconference Main Screen, otherwise on the TASKBAR select
the VIDEOCONFERENCE button to access the Call Control Screen.
