Using the DVS 605 Conguration Software — an Overview

open the DVS 605 Configuration Software Help file.
There are three main menus shown at the top of the window.
These are Connections, Tools, and Hardware.
Connections Menu
This menu has two options: Connect and Disconnect.
Connect
This allows the user to connect to the device that is already set up
in emulation mode on the configuration page. The page goes from
emulation mode to live mode and shows the connected devices’
current configuration settings. The tab indicator changes from red
(not connected) to green (connected).
NOTE: If a device is already connected, the Connect option is disabled until the device
is disconnected or the connection times out.
Disconnect
This allows the user to disconnect from the connected device and return to emulation
mode.
