The hour indication flashes.
For models using a 12-hour system, noon
is indicated as 0:00 PM, and midnight as
0:00 AM.

Set the time to start recording.
Turn MULTI JOG to set the hour, then
press ENTER/YES.
The minute indication flashes.
Turn MULTI JOG to set the minute, then
press ENTER/YES.
The hour indication flashes again.

Set the time to stop recording
following the procedure in step 11.

Turn MULTI JOG to select the
recording destination.
As you turn MULTI JOG, the display
changes as follows:
MD 1 ˜ MD 2 ˜ MD 3 ˜ MD 4
n TAPE** ˜ MDALL* ˜ MD 5
* When you want to record on multiple MDs
sequentially, select “MDALL” and go to
step 16.
** When recording on a tape with the optional
TC-PX100 tape deck, select “TAPE”.

“STEREO” or “MONO”.
STEREO REC: Stereo recording
MONO REC: Monaural recording

Press ENTER/YES.
The timer number (REC 1 to REC 5), the
timer type (ONCE, DAILY or WEEKLY),
the start time, the stop time, the
recording source, the recording
destination and the recording method
(STEREO or MONO) appear in turn
before the original display returns.
