SOFTWARE CD-ROM CONTENTS
The GL-1020 controller ships with three separate software
CD-ROMs:
e-STUDIO GL-1020 Admin’s Client CD-ROM
This CD-ROM includes the following Administration tools and
applications:
n TOSHIBA’s NDPS Gateway that enables Novell NDPS
printing to the GL-1020.
n Unix filters for printing from Sun Solaris, HP-UX, IBM AIX
and Linux operating systems.
n MIB folder.
e-STUDIO GL-1020 Client CD-ROM
This CD-ROM includes the following client drivers and utilities:
n GL DocMon, the Windows

operating system-based job
monitoring utility.
n PCL6 printer drivers for Windows
®
98/Me/2000, Windows
NT
®
and Windows
®
XP workstations.
n PostScript level 3 printer drivers for Windows
®
98/Me/2000,
Windows NT
®
and Windows
®
XP workstations.
n AGFA Font Manager and font collection.
n Macintosh PPD file, with extends the LaserWriter driver to
support printing to the GL-1020 from Macintosh
workstations.
e-STUDIO GL-1020 Recovery CD-ROM
This CD-ROM includes the following GL-1020 controller
software:
n The Operating System software, which enables you to
recover the controller’s embedded Operating System in the
event the HDD or files become corrupted or destroyed.
Additionally, if you have a previous version of the software
installed, you can use this CD-ROM to perform a version
upgrade.
n The controller software, which enables you to install or
restore the baseline software version on the GL-1020
controller.
