Scan-Related LCD Messages
MESSAGE CORRECTIVE ACTION
100 sheets can be set on
the ADF. To continue,
repeat the operation.
The number of sheets in the ADF has reached the maximum
(100). Reduce the number of pages and try scanning again
Finish ADF Scan Place a document on the ADF.
Finish glass Scan (A
document is on ADF)
A document on the glass is being scanned. Wait until the
current scan process is complete before using the ADF scan
function.
Finish glass Scan (Job full) The amount of data has reached the maximum. Reduce the
resolution or change the document type to “Text” or “Text/
Photo” and try scanning again.
Finish glass Scan (Max
page reached)
The number of pages has reached the maximum (200)
pages. Finish the current page and retry scanning the
remaining pages.
Invalid Group Password Enter the correct group number and/or password.
Job Overflow. Finish ADF
scan.
The amount of data has reached the maximum. Reduce the
amount of data by reducing the number of pages, changing
the resolution, or changing the document type to “Text” or
“Text/Photo.”
Any data scanned before this error occurred was stored. To
retrieve the stored data, press Finish.
