CANNOT PRINT TO GL-1020 DEVICE
Problem Description
You are unable to print to the GL-1020 controller. Using the
Troubleshooting checklist, Cannot Print from Client
on page 233,
you have narrowed the problem down to a network-related issue.
For example, network printing services have not been set up
correctly or the GL-1020 controller has not been properly
configured to operate in your network environment.
The following checklist helps you identify the source of the error
and directs you to where you can find more information about
resolving it. If the problem persists after you have followed all of
the steps, contact TOSHIBA’s authorized dealer for further
assistance.
