1On the Administration tab, click the Address Book submenu.
2Click the
Directory Services link.
The Directory Service Properties page opens.
3Click
New to create a new directory service.
Click
Edit to change an existing directory service
Click
Delete to remove a directory service.
4 Enter the directory service name, Server IP Address and Port
Number. Alternately, you can enter a Search Base, select a
Search Timeout and enter a Maximum Number of Results.
5Click
OK.
USING THE ADDRESS BOOK WITH SCAN TEMPLATES
When you configure scan agent templates, the recipients can be
chosen from existing contacts in the address book or created as
new recipients.
Accessing the Address Book
1 From the Template Properties - Agent Settings page, click the
Scan Agents drop-down arrow and select the scan agent for
the template (Send to Email or Send to iFax).
