17–Viewing File Information
Use the
INFORMATION
Screen to view various types of
information about the unit.
To open the
INFORMATION
screen, press the MENU button
to open the
MENU
screen, select the
INFORMATION
item and
press the Á button or ¯ button.
The
INFORMATION
screen has the following three pages.
Use the VALUE (+/–) buttons to switch between the pages.
File information page (
•
FILE
)
Shows information about the currently playing file.
Card information page (
•
CARD
)
Shows the use status of the currently inserted SD card.
System information page (
•
SYSTEM
)
Shows information about the unit’s system settings and
firmware version.
When you are done, press the HOME button to return to the
Home Screen, or press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
File information page
The
FILE
page shows information about the currently playing
le.
WAV or MP3
Shows the audio le format.
For WAV les, bit length, stereo/mono and sampling
frequency (Hz) are shown.
For MP3 les, bit rate (kbps), CBR (constant bit rate) or VBR
(variable bit rate) type and sampling frequency (Hz) are
shown.
TITLE
Shows the le name.
If an MP3 le has ID3 tag title information that information
appears instead.
DATE
Shows the date and time that the le was created.
