The 16-key keypad is used for DTMF functions
{page 57}, or to directly enter an operating frequency
{page 61}, memory channel number {page 35}, tone
frequency {page 28}, or CTCSS frequency {page 54}.
The keypad is also available to program a memory
channel name {pages 36 and 58}, Power-on message
{page 68}, or other character strings.
