Connect display to base station.

Press: SETUP >> STARFIRE RECEIVER >> DIFF
CORRECTION SETUP >> RTK SETUP
Press letter button next to RTK OPERATING MODE and
toggle to ABSOLUTE SURVEY BASE MODE.
