2. If the loaded disc was recorded in 24 frames-per-second pro-
gressive-scan format, the RT-20 misses one-in-six frames.
Because of this, frame numbers appear discontinuous.
HDMI OPERATION
HDMI functionality is not working properly.
Reset the RT-20 if HDMI functionality is not working properly.
1. Press the remote control SETUP button.
2. Use the remote control /buttons to highlight the OTHERS
Menu.
3. Press the remote control or ENTER button to select the
menu.
4. Use the remote control /buttons to highlight the HDMI
option.
5. Press the or ENTER button.
6. Use the remote control /buttons to select HDMI RESET.
7. Press the remote control ENTER button to activate.
8. “SURE” will be on the front panel display. Press the remote
control ENTER button to reset.
If you do not want to proceed with HDMI reset when “SURE” is
displayed, press the remote control SETUP button to exit the
menu.
Note:
If images are not properly displayed on the display device after config-
uring the HDMI setting on the SETUP menu, reset the RT-20. This will
return the HDMI setting to the state before the setting was made.
See “HDMI RESET” on page 3-34 for more information.
MISCELLANEOUS
The RT-20 is exhibiting erratic behavior.
1. Press the front panel On/Off button to power the RT-20 off.
Wait 10 seconds. Then, press the On/Off button again to
power the RT-20 on.
2. Record all user-defined settings on the installation worksheet
that begins on page A-4. Then, follow the instructions on the
next page to restore factory-default settings.
If all else fails . . .
1. Press the front panel On/Off button to power the RT-20 off.
Wait 10 seconds. Then, press the On/Off button again to
power the RT-20 on.
2. Record all user-defined settings on the installation worksheet
that begins on page A-4. Then, follow the instructions on the
next page to restore factory-default settings.
