The phone does not
turn on
The battery is
completely discharged.
Recharge it fully.
“Invalid or missing
SIM card. You can
still make
emergency calls if
your service
provider supports it”
displays
Check that the SIM card
has been correctly
installed.
The bars next to
disappear
If you have just turned
on your phone, wait for
about 2 minutes, until
your phone finds the
network and receives a
signal from the network.
If you are in a tunnel or
in an elevator, the
phone may not be able
to receive the network
signal properly. Move to
an open place.
This may appear when
you move between
different service areas.
It is normal.
The display is not
clear
In direct sunlight, you
may not be able to see
the display clearly.
Moving to a place with
different lighting should
solve this problem.
