Example
This example shows how to sort using the CHANNEL screen as an example.
1. From the Primary Option Menu, type 4 in the Option field and press Enter.
By looking at CHANNEL, you can see that the screen is initially sorted by the CHPID
field in ascending order:
2. Press Enter a couple of times to display the data collected so far.
One way to use the CHANNEL screen is to sort the display so that the most active
channels are listed at the top, so you always know which channel is the busiest.
To do this:
3. In the COMMAND field, type SORT totbusy D and press Enter.
The D indicates that you want to sort the field in descending order; to sort in ascending
order, type A instead.
