Using the initial settings, you can customize
various system settings to achieve optimal per-
formance from this navigation system.
Displaying the
Initial Setting screen
To customize the initial settings, display the
Initial Setting screen.
1 Press SRC/OFF and hold until the audio
source turns off.
= For details, refer to Switching the audio op-
eration screen on page 69.
2 Press the center of MULTI-CONTROL
and hold until the initial setting screen ap-
pears in the display.

Setting the illumination color
The illumination color can be selected from 10
different colors. Furthermore, the illumination
color can switched between these 10 colors in
order.
1 Display the Initial Settingscreen.

2 Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select RGB Il-
lumination.
3 Press MULTI-CONTROL left or right to
select the desired color.
White (white) Light Green (light green)
Green (green) Light Blue (light blue)
Blue (blue) Yellow (yellow) Amber
(amber) Red (red) Scan (scan) Cus-
tom (custom)
! Scan:
Shifts between the eight default colors in
sequence gradually.
! Custom:
Sets your created color which is installed
from SD as the illumination color.
Switching the auxiliary setting
It is possible to use auxiliary equipment with
the navigation system as the one of sources.
Activate the auxiliary setting when using aux-
iliary equipment connected to the navigation
system.
1 Display the Initial Settingscreen.

Initial Settingscreen on this page.
2 Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select AUX.
3 Press the center of MULTI-CONTROL to
switch between On and Off.
Setting the rear output and
subwoofer controller
The navigation systems rear output can be
used for a full-range speaker or subwoofer
connection. If you switch S/W Control to
Rear SP:S/W, you can connect a rear speaker
lead directly to a subwoofer without using an
auxiliary amp.
Initially, the navigation system is set for a rear
full-range speaker connection
(Rear SP:F.Range).
