Programming tracks
1 Press the PGM button on the remote control
unit.
÷ The PGM indicator lights.
2 Using the numeric buttons, select the tracks in
the order you want.

÷ If the current mode is stop mode, each track can also be
programmed by selecting its track number with the 4 or
¢ button and pressing the PGM button.
÷ If the 8 button is pressed while programming in the stop
mode, a pause is programmed, and “PA” is displayed for
that step in the program. A pause cannot be programmed as
the first step of a program.
÷ Up to 24 tracks can be programmed. Pauses are also
counted as tracks.
3 Press the 3 button. The tracks are played in the
order they are programmed.
÷ Even during programmed playback, tracks can be added to
the program by selecting them with the numeric buttons.
Program reservation
If tracks are programmed by pressing the PGM button during
normal playback, the programmed tracks will begin playing
automatically when playback of the current track is complete.
Programmed playback can also be started by pressing the 3
button before playback of the current track is complete.
