Skip playback
By applying skip IDs to the tracks you do not want to hear,
these tracks can be skipped over when the disc is played.
For information on setting skip IDs, refer to page 82.
Skip playback procedure
1 Load a disc that contains skip ID data.
÷ When a disc contains skip ID data, the SKIP ON indicator
lights automatically.
÷ If the disc does not contain skip ID data, the SKIP ON
indicator does not light.
2 Press the 3 button.
÷ The disc is played by skipping over tracks where skip IDs
have been set.
A When skip ID playback is not required
Discs containing tracks with skip IDs set can also be played
without skipping over those tracks. Press the SKIP PLAY
button to turn the SKIP ON indicator off before playing the
disc.
The SKIP PLAY button has no effect if the disc does not
contain skip ID data.
