Tips

Selects the track to play back in the order you
want.
SHUFFLE (AUDIO CD and VIDEO CD only) Plays back the track in random order.
VOCAL* (DVD VIDEO, AUDIO CD and
VIDEO CD only)
Turns the guide vocal on or off for Dolby Digital
Karaoke format disc (DVD VIDEO).
Listen to the vocals (VIDEO CD/AUDIO CD).
VOCAL SELECT* (DVD VIDEO, AUDIO
CD and VIDEO CD only)
Changes the vocal type.
MODE (MP3, JPEG) (MP3 audio tracks and
JPEG image files only)
Selects the data to be played back: MP3 audio
track (AUDIO), JPEG image file (IMAGE) or
both (AUTO).
INTERVAL (JPEG image files only) Sets the interval time of image during slide show.
EFFECT (JPEG image files only) Selects the transition effect to be used during slide
show.
GUIDE MELODY* (DVD VIDEO only) Turns the Guide Melody On/Off in the Dolby
Digital Karaoke format disc.
ORIGINAL/PLAY LIST
(DVD-RW in VR mode only)
Selects the type of title to be played back.
