Notes:
• When the listening mode is set to Direct or Pure
Audio, no effect will be produced.
• The Equalizer settings have no effect on 176.4/
192 kHz input signals.
• This procedure can also be performed on the AV
receiver by using its [SETUP] button, arrow buttons,
and [ENTER] button.

Use the Down [ ] button to select
“Channel”, and then use the Left
and Right [ ]/[ ] buttons to
select a speaker.
You can select: “Front”, “Center”,
“Surround”, “SurrBack”, or “Sub-
woofer”.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ] but-
tons to select a frequency, and
then use the Left and Right
[ ]/[ ] buttons to adjust the
level at that frequency.
You can select: “63Hz”, “160Hz”,
“400Hz”, “1000Hz”, “2500Hz”,
“6300Hz”, or “16000Hz”. And for the
subwoofer, “25Hz”, “40Hz”, “63Hz”,
“100Hz”, or “160Hz”.
The volume at each frequency can be
adjusted from –6 to +6 dB in 1 dB
steps.
Tip:
Low frequencies (e.g., 160Hz) affect
bass sounds; high frequencies (e.g.,
6300Hz) affect treble sounds.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ] but-
tons to select “Channel”, and
then use the Left and Right
[ ]/[ ] buttons to select another
speaker.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each speaker.

Press the [SETUP] button.
The setup menu closes.
