Building Macros
Individual keypad button macros are programmed in the
M
ACRO EDITOR window. To open MACRO EDITOR:
1. Open the D
EVICE screen (see
Figure 44,
opposite).
2. If the system has more than one DAB1, use the D
EVICE
SELECTOR
(see
Figure 41
) to select the one you want to
program. The Zone 1 programming screen for that
DAB1 will appear (see
Figure 45
).
• The Zone 1 programming screen will include one
set of V
OLUME UP/DOWN, MUTE and ZONE OFF
buttons and four sets of Z
ONE SOURCE CONTROL and
numeric buttons (one for each source). The source
names you selected on the S
OURCE SETUP screen (see
Figure 43
, on page 33) will appear on the four
S
OURCE buttons.
3. Right-click on the button you want to create or modify a
macro for.
• If the button already has been programmed with a
macro (a M
ACRO INDICATOR appears on the
button) select E
DIT MACRO.
• If the button has not been programmed with a macro (no M
ACRO INDICATOR appears on the button) select CREATE MACRO.
The M
ACRO EDITOR screen will appear. See
Figure 46
