Precautions on the co.existence of SonicStage Vet. 1.5 with OpenMG Jukebox
Ver.Z2 or SonicStage Premium
Make sure tile OpenMG Jukebox Ver.2.2 icon is no_ displayed in tile task tray. lf it is, tile Net MD may
no_ be recognized by your computer.
• Audio da_a recorded on the computer are stored in a common file and used by bod_ applieo¢ions.
Therefore, if you delete an audio file (e.g., one album) in one application, it will be deleted in tlle other
software as we]].
Precaution on using a computer on which OpenMG Jukebox Ve_ 1.0.2.1 or
SonicStage Ve_ 1.0.1.2 is installed
Make sure not to replace SonicStage Vet. 1.5 with OpenM G Jukebox Ver.1.0=2.1 or SonicStage Ver.1.0-
1.2., as all audio data in the Music Drive may be Ios_. If you begin the installalion of OpenMG Jukebox
Ver.1.0-2.1 or SonicSlage Vet.1.0-1.2 by mistake, stop the instMl_don immedialely.
Note on hard disk drive space
120 MB or more fi'ee space on the hard disk drive is required. If your computer does not
have enough space, lhe software will not be properly installed. The required free space
differs according to the version of your Windows OS, or _lle amount of audio files that you
handle.
Notes on system suspend/hibernation mode
If the computer changes to system suspend/hibernation mode during the recording of a
CD or the checking in/out of a data file, the audio data m_y be lost or the computer may
not wake up properly. The computer suspend/hibernation function should fl_erelbre be
turned ofl_
If you change the media while the computer is in system suspend/hibernation mode,
audio data may be lost after the computer wakes up.
If the computer changes to system suspend/hibernation mode, the computer may not
recognize |he Net MD when it wakes up. If this happens, disconnect |he USB cable and
reconnect it again.
Backing up the audio data
Before doing any procedure that may affect the operating system itself (such as a system
recovery), you should back up all of your audio data with the [SonicStage backup tool]
fi'om the [Start] - [Programs] - [SonicStage].
