Tone Control
1.Press the SELECT button to select “TRBL”, “BASS” or
“BAL”.
Each time the SELECT button is pressed, the mode is
changed as follows:
To adjust the level of high frequency sound range, select
“TRBL (treble)”.
To adjust the level of low frequency sound range, select
“BASS”.
To adjust left-right sound balance, select “BAL” (balance).
2.Press the

b
/g/t buttons (or the VOLUME buttons
of the main unit) to change the setting.
When TRBL or BASS is selected, press the

/
b
button to
change the setting.
The level can be adjusted in 2 dB steps from –10 to +10.
When BAL is selected, press the g
/t button to change the
setting.

Headphones
For private listening, insert the headphones plug into the
PHONES jack, and adjust the volume by pressing the
VOLUME buttons. The sound from speakers will be cut off.

Muting
To mute the sound temporarily, press the MUTING button.
Press the MUTING button again to restore the sound. If you
change the volume during the muting, the muting will be
cancelled.

While muting is engaged, the MUTE indicator blinks on the
display.

Dimmer
Press the DIMMER button to change the brightness of the
front panel display to one of the following:
HIGH MID OFF
