Setting up the VTR
Touch [Options] to display the
Options Menu. Touch on any of the
below to set up the VTR.
Changing to Wide Mode
Touch [Wide] to display the screen
for switching over to wide mode.
Each time you touch [Normal/Wide1/
Wide2], the display switches over to
wide mode as indicated below. After
setting up wide mode, touch [Save].

[Normal] Input images are
displayed at a 4:3 ratio.
[Wide1] Input images are
uniformly enlarged
horizontally for display.
[Wide2] Input images are
uniformly enlarged
vertically for display.
Adjusting VTR Image Quality
Touch [Display] to display the Image
Quality Adjustment screen. Touch
[<<] or [>>] to switch to one of the
adjustment items indicated below.
Touch [OK] after establishing the
adjustment setting.

[Contrast] Each time you touch
[+], the display contrast
level increases up to a
maximum level of 5.
Each time you touch
[–], the display contrast
level decreases up to a
minimum level of –5.
The higher the contrast
level, the greater
the luminance of the
image; the lower the
contrast level, the less
the luminance of the
image.
[Brightness] Each time you touch
[+], the display
brightness increases
up to a maximum level
of 5.
Each time you touch
[–], the display
brightness decreases
up to a minimum level
of -5.
The greater the
brightness level, the
brighter the image; the
lesser the brightness
level, the darker the
image.
