Output Signals
This section describes the user interface for configuring output signals. Every
output signal has the processing capabilities described in the following
section.
All output signals have signal meters as shown in the following figure. To
enable the signal meters, select the menu item Tools and then Options. Choose
the meters entry and select Enable Meters. Meters may also be enabled by right
clicking on the meter indicator on the lower right portion of the main Sound-
Structure Studio window. This figure shows the level_post meter for an output
and the SoundStructure Studio user control for the meters and gain control. As
presented in Chapter 7, the level slider will affect the analog signal level on the
output of the digital to analog converter. Positive gain will be added in the dig-
ital domain and will be shown in the signal meter, negative gain will be
implemented in the analog domain and not shown on the signal meter.
