Alarm Recording
Alarm recording starts when an externally connected sen-
sor is turned on, the built-in VMD (Video Motion Detector) or
the built-in video loss detection is activated.
Alarm recording will precede, then stop after elapsing the
post-recording time.
If more than one alarm arise, for instance ALM1 and ALM2,
the images of the activated inputs are recorded on the disk
as shown in the figure.
Note: HDD indicator will continue to blink for the equivalent
period to the specified pre-alarm length after ending
alarm recording.
Manual Recording
Manual recording is available when OFF is set for TIMER in
the WJ-HD200 MAIN menu. The menu setup can exempt
specific inputs from manual recording for the purpose of
reserving the disk capacity. The recording mode (SF-48, for
example), picture quality (fine) and recording rate (30 fps)
are set in the menu setup by specifying two parameters
among the three. The SF-48H is an example having a pic-
ture quality of especially fine grade and 48 hours of record-
ing capacity.

Yellow: The channel image is displayed.
The multi-screen monitor displays the recording images
while the corresponding input indicators on the front
panel light in yellow.
