4.4.7 Video Window
The video window operates exactly like a monitor. It displays the camera picture appearing on the monitor
selected in the Monitor Setup window (refer to Monitor Setup). To change the camera picture in the Video
window, simply select a new camera on the monitor assigned to the Video window.
The camera picture displayed in the Video window can be paused (frozen), saved, and loaded at a later time
for viewing. Cameras can also be maneuvered and lens functions controlled in the Video window.
NOTE: The video window is an optional feature that requires a video card to operate. Refer to
Video Blaster Card.

Option Description
Freeze*
Click to freeze/unfreeze the display.
Save*
Click to save the picture currently displayed in the Video window.
Load*
Click to load an image previously saved.
Focus*
Click up arrow to focus on objects in the distance (far).
Click down arrow to focus on objects close to the camera (near).
Zoom*
Click up arrow to get a closer view of an area or object (telephoto).
Click down arrow to get a wider view of an area or object (wide).
Iris*
Click up arrow to make the picture brighter (open).
Click down arrow to make the picture darker (close).
4.5 ALARMS
Alarms can be armed or disarmed using the Graphic Controller program. Armed alarms only affect the op-
erator that armed the alarm, as they are the only operator who will receive alarm messages and be able to
clear the alarm when it is triggered.
Any alarms armed using a Graphic Controller program will be unarmed if the CM9760-CC1 is turned OFF.
