Joystick
A blue joystick (represented by the black circle in the
center of the Camera Control window) illustrates
normal operation. A red joystick indicated by the blue
dot turning red indicates that the turbo feature has
been activated.
Placing the mouse cursor anywhere in the Control
area and pressing the left-hand mouse button will
cause the blue dot (representing the joystick) to move
to that cursor position. If the cursor is placed at any
framed edge of the control area and the left mouse
button is clicked, the blue dot will move to that cursor
position and the turbo function will be activated and
the blue button will turn red. The same thing can be
accomplished by placing the cursor directly on the
blue dot, holding down the left mouse button and
dragging the blue dot to any framed edge of the
control area. Any movement of the the blue dot, either
by dragging it with the cursor or by clicking a blank
space in the control area controls pan and tilt
functions of the selected camera in a geometrically
intuitive and dynamic way.
Placing the mouse cursor here and pressing the left-
hand mouse button, will tilt a controllable camera
down and pan it to the left.
