Special playback options for CD
Random playback
Select the “CD” input.
Press the key repeatedly to switch the display.
1 “One Disc Random”
Random play of one disc
2 “All Discs Random”
Random play of all discs
3 “Random off” (Normal playback)
As the titles are selected randomly each time, the music can be enjoyed of it.
Random playback can play tracks in one to three discs.
Please note that random playback is not possible during programmed playback. If the PGM indicator is lit in the
display, perform the procedure on page 38 to cancel the program playback mode.

Select the RANDOM mode.
(For “One Disc Random” playback, select the
disc in advance.)
Random play of all discs
Random play of one disc
+“One Disc Random” is scrolled in the display
÷ The displayed character information returns to the
normal display and normal playback in the order of the
track numbers starts from the track being played.
To cancel random playback
Select “Random off”.
To select another track in the middle of playing one
To repeat random playback
Select “One Disc Random Repeat”.
÷ Pressing the 4 key once returns to the beginning
of the track being played.
÷ Playback stops after each title has been played once.
+“All Discs Random” is scrolled in the display
Each press switches the modes as follows.
1 “One Disc Random Repeat”
(Random repeat mode)
2 “One Disc Random”
(Repeat canceled)
