When Receiving A Scrambled Broadcast
1 Set AL-2 SELECTB to ADECODERB. (A pg. 70)
2 Perform steps 1 - 3 of AManual Channel SetB (A pg. 80).
3 Press selection keys to select the channel position
broadcasting scrambled programmes, then press ENTER twice.
The setting screen appears.
4 Press selection keys to select ADECODERB, then press
ENTER for confirmation.
5 Press selection keys to set ADECODERB to AONB, then press
ENTER.
6 Press SET UP to return to the Manual Channel Set screen.
● Repeat steps 3 - 6 as necessary.
7 Press SET UP or RETURN twice to complete the setting.
Set Stations (A)
Set station names that are registered in your unit.
1 Perform steps 1 - 3 of AManual Channel SetB (A pg. 80).
2 Press selection keys to select the channel you want to modify,
then press ENTER twice. The setting screen appears.
3 Press selection keys to select AIDB, then press ENTER for
confirmation.
4 Press selection keys to select the desired ID from the
registered station names ID (A pg. 91), then press ENTER.
● The confirmation screen appears.
5 Press selection keys to select AOKB, then press ENTER.
6 Press SET UP.
● Repeat steps 2 - 5 as necessary.
7 Press SET UP or RETURN twice to complete the setting.
Set Stations (B)
Set station names other than the ones registered in your unit.
1 Perform steps 1 - 3 of AManual Channel SetB (A pg. 80).
2 Press selection keys to select the channel you want to modify,
then press ENTER twice. The setting screen appears.
3 Press selection keys to select AIDB, then press ENTER twice
for confirmation.
● The confirmation screen appears.
4 Press selection keys to move the arrow to the character entry
field.
5 Press selection keys to select the desired characters (A–Z, 0–
9, –, Z, +, & (space)), then press ENTER at the character
entry position.
● You can enter up to 4 letters.
6 Confirm the arrow is on AOKB, then press ENTER.
7 Press SET UP to return to the Manual Channel Set screen.
● Repeat steps 2 - 7 as necessary.
8 Press SET UP or RETURN twice to complete the setting.
NOTE:
The characters available for the station name (ID) are A–Z, 0–9, –,
Z, +, & (space) (maximum of 4).
Fine-Tuning Channels Already Stored
1 Perform steps 1 - 3 of AManual Channel SetB (A pg. 80).
2 Press selection keys to select the channel you want to fine-
tune, then press ENTER twice. The setting screen appears.
3 Press selection keys to select AFINEB.
4 Press DE until the picture appears in its best quality.
● Repeat steps 2 - 4 as necessary.
5 Press SET UP to return to the Manual Channel Set screen.
6 Press SET UP or RETURN twice to complete the setting.
