Sybase is stopped and the script is finished.

Completing Preinstallation Processing
To complete preinstallation processing:
1. Refer to the standard output and the log file in /tmp/Pre41Install.log for any error
messages or information.
2. If you are have encountered a failure during the preinstallation process, refer to
“Restarting Sybase and the Preinstallation Script” on page 20.
3. Proceed to “Upgrading Your System and Installing COMMAND/POST 4.1” on page 21.

details and any error messages prior to installing COMMAND/POST 4.1
You should restart the database and COMMAND/POST immediately at this time unless
you proceed directly to upgrading the operating system and installing
COMMAND/POST.

To restart COMMAND/POST, see Step 1 in “Completing the Upgrade Process after
COMMAND/POST Is Installed” on page 36.
