The CDR510 does not copy an MP3 disc, it
converts the MP3 compressed data into audio
signals and records the audio in standard CDDA
format. While an MP3 disc can contain up to 8
hours of recording, a standard CD is limited to
80 or 74 minutes depending on the disc. Only
80, or 74, minutes of MP3 recording can be
copied (converted).
REC MP3 DISC converts one Album from the
MP3 disc and stops. The tracks (files) within the
Album become tracks on the copy. MP3 ID3 title
information is converted to CD Text track titles.
In most cases AUTO TRACK and AUTO STOP
should be at ON so track information is recorded
as the copy is made.
As in REC LISTEN you can listen during record-
ing. The HEADPHONES jack, ANALOG OUT
jacks, and DIG OUT jacks are live during the
recording.
CD Text can be added after the copy is made
and before finalizing.
The recording is not automatically finalized.
