Marantz SR7300--Was trying to raise the volume on ...

Marantz SR7300--Was trying to raise the volume on the receiver, so my remote could have higher volume, and now I have '--00-', and I can't get any sound! PLEASE help! It shows a little box on the right hand side, which says, L and R, but I've never seen it before. I always have it set on DSS/VCR2. NO Clue :(
