Timer operation
Be sure to adjust the clock before setting the timer.

Timer operation
O.T.T. timer
By simply setting the ON time of O.T.T. timer playback, the power switched ON is switched OFF automati-
cally in one hour after the start of timer playback.
The following three kinds of timer operations are
available for use according to purposes.

Program timer playback (AI timer playback) and
timer recording

Sleep timer
1Select the desired source and adjust its vol-
ume.
2Press the “mode” key.
3Rotate the “multi control” knob to select
“TIMER SET ?”, then press the “enter” key.
4Rotate the “multi control” knob to select
“O.T.T. SET ?”, then press the “enter” key.
5Set the timer ON time by rotating the “multi
control” knob.
6Press the “enter” key.
7Press the “TIMER” key on the remote con-
trol unit repeatedly until “O.T.T.” appears.
8Press the “on/standby” key to switch the
power OFF (standby).
(The “standby/timer” indicator lights in
green.)
The program timer does not operate during
playback by the O.T.T. timer.
To cancel O.T.T.
÷ Switch the power ON and press the “TIMER” key
repeatedly until “O.T.T.” disappears.
÷ When the “TIMER” key is pressed repeatedly until
“O.T.T.” disappears after the start of O.T.T. timer
playback, this will be changed to normal playback.
Adjust the clock before setting the timer.
5 ON time setting
÷ The ON time can be set in steps of 5 minutes.
