Recording onto cassette tape

Set the recording condition.

Start recording.
1Press the “ rec/arm” key.
2Play (or tune) the input
source to be recorded.
÷ The recording level is adjusted auto-
matically when the “crls” function
is used. y
÷ Recording stops automatically when
the tape side(s) to be recorded have
been fully recorded.
Temporary stop during recording An unrecorded portion of about 4 seconds is
produced
(auto recording mute)
1Press the “7 stop” key to set the cassette
deck in stop mode.
2Press the “ rec/arm” key twice.
÷ Press the rec/arm” to restart recording.
To end recording

after leaving a non-recorded blank of about 4
seconds

1Select the reverse mode.
2Select the Dolby NR mode.
” lit ..... Tape stops after having recorded the two sides.
Goes off..... Tape stops after having recorded one side of
tape.
“B-type” ... Tape is recorded using B Type.
“C-type” ... Tape is recorded using C Type.
Goes off..... Dolby NR is deactivated.
