Inputting characters
Function : HDD
Letters (capital and small) and numbers can be used to change the
artist, album, track, playlist and track genre names.
Changing titles
Function : HDD
Press [EDIT].
In the stop mode, display the title you want to change
( page 22).

] to select “Rename”, then
press ENTER.

changed, then press ENTER.
When an artist or album name is selected and the name is
changed, all the tracks with that artist or album name are
changed as well.
When a track is selected and its artist or album name is changed,
the artist or album name is only changed for that track.

To clear one character at a time:
Use [
FF GG
] to set the cursor to the letter to be cleared,
then press [CLEAR].

To clear the entire title:
Press and hold in [CLEAR] for at least 2 seconds.

Use [CALL] to switch between capital and small
letters.

Use [NUMBER] (1 ~ 9, 0/10, +10) to select the
character to be input.
A maximum of 114 characters per title can be input.
