¢Stopping playback:
Press 2.
¢Stopping playback temporarily:
During playback, press

To resume playback, press

¢To fast-forward or fast-reverse (search):
During playback, press and hold [7] or [6].
Normal playback resumes when the button is released.
When the searching operation is started while in the pause mode,
searching is performed at high speed.
During playback, press BACK to display the track name list.
¢Cueing (moving to the beginning of tracks):
During playback, use

JOG DIAL

or [89] to select the track
to be cued.
¢Direct search:
•Press [NUMBER] (1 ~ 9, 0/10, +10).
Example: 4th track : [4]
Example: 12th track : [+ 10] [2]
Example: 20th track : [+ 10] [0/10]

(genre, artist, album, etc.) to play the tracks on that menu in
random order or repeatedly.
¢Handy functions for searching from lists:
q Searching by switching between first letters
Use [
FF GG
] to switch the first letter (A B C...).
w Searching by narrowing in on letters
Use [NUMBER] (1 ~ 9, 0/10, +10) to input the first letter of the desired
title, then the second letter, etc.,
The titles are narrowed in each time a letter is input.
