Deleting all tracks
Function : HDD
Select “Artists”, “Albums”, “Tracks” or “Genres”
then press [EDIT].
“All Erase” is displayed.
In the stop mode, press MUSIC SEARCH.
The search menu is displayed.

“All Erase?” is displayed.

FF GG
] to select “Y”, then press
ENTER.
“Really?” is displayed.

] to select “Y”, then press
ENTER.
During the deleting procedure, “Process in Progress...”
flashes on the display.
Several minutes may be required for the tracks to be deleted.
Once the track is deleted, “Complete” is displayed, then “No
Track” is displayed.

All the tracks on the HDD are erased at once.
Use

] to select the album or
artist name to be deleted, then press [EDIT].
In the stop mode, press MUSIC SEARCH.
The search menu is displayed.

“Complete” is displayed once the track is deleted.

Deleting tracks by album or artist name
Function : HDD
Use this procedure to delete multiple tracks by album or artist name.
If deleted tracks were included on playlists, they are removed from
the playlists.
Some time may be required for the deleting procedure, depending
on how many tracks are to be deleted.
