Recording and Deleting
Before recording
Sources that can be recorded
£CDDA (Music CDs)
NOTE:
CD-R/CD-RW sources containing music files in such formats as
MP3 and WMA cannot be recorded.
Copyright protected tracks cannot be recorded.

Press CD STORE.
Select this to record all the tracks or only specific tracks.
Use

] to select “All Track” (to
record all the tracks) or “Select Track” (to record
selected tracks).
Load the CD.

When “Select Track” is selected:
q Press ENTER or CD STORE.

] to select a track to be
recorded, then press ENTER to add a “ ” mark.
e Once the tracks have been selected, press CD
STORE

Recording starts.

When “All Track” is selected:
Press ENTER or CD STORE.
Recording starts.
The recording progress is displayed (“Storing OO%”).
Recording is performed at approximately 12 times the normal
speed when the file type is set to “LPCM”, approximately 4
times the normal speed otherwise.
The stop mode is set automatically once recording is completed.
If an error arises during recording and normal recording is not
possible, that track is skipped and recording continues. In this
case, “Storing Completed - Some Tracks Aborted” is displayed
once recording is completed.

] to select “Y”, then press ENTER.
NOTE:
The tracks being recording will not be stored if the power cord is
unplugged during recording.
If the CD has already been recorded, “Already Stored - Start
Storing?” is displayed.
The HDD, USB audio and network audio sound can be played while
a CD is being recorded. (The function can be switched and the
normal playback operations can be performed.)
When the remaining free space on the HDD is low, “Remaining
Capacity Low” is displayed. Delete any unnecessary files to free
space.
