Polaris Office 4.0
Polaris Office Mobile for Android is a Microsoft Office
compatible office suite. This application provides a central
place for managing your documents online or offline.
The application can also open Adobe PDF (Portable
Document Format) files.
1. From the Home screen, tap ➔
(
Polaris
Office
).
2. Read the registration information and enter your Name
and Email information (if desired).
3. Tap
Skip
to ignore this registration or
Register
to
complete the process.
4. Read the End User License Agreement, then tap
Accept
if you agree with the terms of use.
5. On its initial launch, the following options are available:
•+ (New)
: creates a new office document.
• Recent documents
: provides a list of recently opened
documents at the center of the screen.
• Browser
: opens document storage locations on this device.
•Clouds
: add a cloud service account and access cloud
storage services.
•Form type:
view local documents by type.
•Favorites
: view a list of files marked as “favorite” documents.
You can add a file to your Favorites by tapping the star beside
the file name.
For more information on using Polaris Office, press and
select Help.
S Note
With S Note, you can create notes using productivity tools that
turn handwriting into typed text and correct drawn shapes,
lines, and formulas to make them perfect. You can also add
multimedia content to notes.
S Note provides various templates to help you create notes
easily.

Note/Idea note
: You can create a simple note from an empty page.
•
Meeting note
: You can create a record of meetings, conferences,
or lectures.
•
Magazine
: You can create a multimedia note by inserting
multimedia files.
•
Diary
: You can create a photo diary.
•
Recipe
: You can create your own recipes.
