Using Advanced Playback Controls
MovieMate 30s provides advanced features for looping videos or music tracks and selecting
titles, chapters, or tracks. On DVDs that include subtitles, multiple languages, or multiple
camera angles, you can use remote control for easy access to these features.
Repeating a Chapter, Title, or Track
You can select a chapter or title on a DVD to repeat continuously (or loop). You can also loop
a track on a music CD.
1. To repeat a chapter, title, or track, press . You see an icon on the screen: .
2. Press again to cycle through the options for repeating.
On a video DVD, you can repeat a chapter or title.
On a music CD, you can repeat one track, a group of tracks, or all tracks.
3. To cancel repeat play, press until is displayed on the screen.
Repeating a Scene
You can use the on-screen menu to set the start and end point for continuously repeating a
particular scene in a video (A-B repeat).
1. Press twice. The on-screen menu is displayed:
2. Press until is highlighted, then press .
3. Press and select .
Note: You can also select other repeat modes from this menu. See the previous section for
more information.
4. When you reach the point in the scene or track where you want to start, press .
5. When you reach the point in the scene or track where you want to stop, press again.
6. Press to cancel the on-screen menu. The scene begins playing from the location you
specified.
To cancel the repeating scene, press . This also stops the video.
