Checking the remaining
time or the playing
position
You can check the track name, disc name,
etc. during playback. Group-related items
appear only when a track with group
settings is played and then stopped.
On the recorder
1 While the recorder is playing, press
the jog dial, turn the dial until
DISPLAY flashes in the display,
and then press the dial again.
2 Turn the jog dial until the information
you want flashes in the display.
Each time you turn the dial, the
display changes as follows.
LapTime (The elapsed time.)

1 Remain (The remaining time of
the current track.)
r
GP Remain (The remaining time
after the current location in the
group.)
r
AllRemain (The remaining time
after the current location.)
r
RecDate (Recording date and
time.)
Note
Items may appear differently depending on the
group mode’s on/off status or the recorder’s
operating status.
3 Press the jog dial.
The display changes as follows.
The item selected in step 2 appears in
section C in the display. However, if
you select LapTime in step 2,
section C remains blank.
