5 Entering Memory Data
Entering memory data is a simple operation requiring
just a few keystrokes to store all the data you
require.
Entering Normal Simplex/Repeater
Channels

Select the desired receive frequency, offset, and any
other information you desire. If the desired
frequency is already on the display, continue to step
2.
2 Press the M key. The memory indicator will flash.
3 Use the keypad to select any desired memory
channel number (O-49). Use a two-digit number,
such as 02 for channel 2 or 15 for channel 15, to
enter the data in memory.
4 Press the MR key.
5 The memory channel number will turn off, indicating
that the receiver data has been properly stored.
Clearing a Memory Channel
Use the following procedure to clear the contents of
an individual memory channel:

Select the memory channel to be cleared.
2 Press the M key for longer than one second, then
press the MR key.
3 The selected memory channel number is removed
from the display and the data is cleared from the
memory.
