First Time Setup

If you connect a component to the AV receiver’s analog
multichannel input, you must assign that input to an
input selector. For example, if you connect your DVD
player to the MULTI CH input, you must assign it to the
DVD input selector.
Notes:
•To listen to the component connected to the multi-
channel input, press the [Audio Selector] button
repeatedly to select Multich (see page 81).
• This procedure can also be performed on the AV
receiver by using its [Setup], [Enter], and arrow but-
tons.
Analog Input Setup

Press the [Receiver] button, fol-
lowed by the [Setup] button.
The main menu appears onscreen.

Use the Up and Down [ ]/[ ]
buttons to select “1. Input/Output
Assign,” and then press [Enter].
The Input/Output Assign menu
appears.
