What is the p urpose of this document?
This document is applicable for the Barco device mentioned on the front page of this document and can
thus not be used on any
other equipment.
It explains how the commu nication with the device is acco mplished. In order to be able to communicate with this Barco device, the
Barco Projection Protocol, which is explained in detail in the following chapter, must be strictly followed.
Audience & prerequisites
This document is intended for software programmers and system integrators wh o want to be able to control a Barco device from
their own application. This document ex pects a basic kn ow ledge of binary m ath, networking technology and programming.
