When tuning in the previously locked channels.
Tune in the channels to which the parental lock is
applied by performing direct search or preset search
only.
• Then "CODE " is displayed for several seconds.
While displaying "CODE ", input the password
(4-digit number) with using the NUMERIC (0~9) buttons.
• When you input the correct code, the current channel can
be heard(, not be unlocked).
• If the wrong password is input, "CODE ERR(OR)" is
displayed. In this case, input the password again by
performing the steps and .
• When "CODE " disappears, repeat again from the
above step .

2. Press and hold down the ENTER button for more
than 3 seconds.
1. Tune in the channel you want to lock or unlock.
3. While displaying "CODE ", input the
password (4-digit number) with using the
NUMERIC (0~9) buttons.
• You can lock the channels that you do not want to receive
or unlock the previously locked channels.
• When you input the correct code, the current channel is
locked or unlocked.
• If the wrong password is input, "CODE ERR(OR)" is
displayed. In this case, input the password again by
performing the steps 2 and 3.
• When "CODE " disappears, repeat again fromt
the above step 2.
Notes:
• The default password is "0000".
You can change this password to new one. (For details,
refer to "When selecting the EDIT LOCK CODE" on page
50.)
• You can also set the parental lock on the INPUT SETUP
menu. (For details, refer to "When selecting the
PARENTAL LOCK" on page 49.)
• The channels to which the parental lock is applied cannot
be tuned in by performing channel search or category
search.
• Then "CODE " is displayed for several seconds.
