Programming Menu Instructions
c. Select and enter Macro to configure the key with a macro. (To build macros, see Macro Editor Procedure on page 38.)
i. MACRO ID – Select and enter the macro ID number.
d. Select and enter Unassigned to clear the key configuration. Any custom settings for that key will be erased.
6. SAVE CHANGES? – Select and enter Yes to save changes. Procedure returns to SOURCE NUM (step 1).
Press the Setup button to back out of the procedure.
Source Names Procedure (Optional)
This procedure allows you to assign the names of the sources to be controlled. This is a separate optional procedure, as source
names are normally assigned in the Source Basic Setup Procedure. See Source Names Procedure flow chart on page 48.
To begin the Source Names Procedure, select SOURCE SETUP from the Programming Menu top level and press Play . At
BASIC SETUP, press Next twice. At SOURCE NAMES, press Play .
1. SOURCE NUM – Select and enter the number of the source you want to name.
2. SOURCE NAME – Select and enter a name for the source (e.g., DVD, Aux 2, Jazz). This name will appear on the keypad
display when the source is selected.
Press the Setup button to back out of the procedure.
